Very nice property with understated but elegant decor. Staff at reception was very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable with good temperature control. The bed was almost perfect but the pillows were way too soft. Complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea in the room. Bath amenities were fine, nothing too exciting. I really enjoyed the top notch fitness center that has just about anything you’d need, and there is a good sized indoor pool as well. Very easy walking distance to the convention center and all the shopping and restaurants in the south harbor area.

I stayed to attend a conference and my team made arrangements. Great location, safe, and walkable to the convention center made my stay very comfortable in this ever changing weather outside. Great places within walking distance to eat. Overall comfortable room with strategies to save the environment. Cons: no instructions about various devices like TV’s unusual remote or the AC will turn off if you use the master turn off next To your bed. No soap but rather all gels so if you must need soap bring your own. No paper cups so make sure you throughly wash your cups or glasses as I did not see housekeeping bringing a fresh set but rather looks like it is cleaned in the room. Not sure how clean they are or if they use proper washing technique. Have cash for tips as these days everyone looking to be tipped and places to eat around are extremely pricy.

Very modern & clean hotel. Large room & good facilities. Enjoyed use of gym, pool & steam room. Staff very attentive and helpful. Quality of food excellent. Location -fair distance to centre.

I stayed here whilst i ran the Boston Marathon. Fantastic hotel in a good area. Any issues we had were resolved quickly and they kindly put on a bus to the start of the Marathon that morning. A pasta buffet was on offer the night before and the Bar area is lively and service is quick. The gym and pool area is fantastic and big shout out to the gentleman running the gym - kind and welcoming . They even had a congratulations banner up when we returned from Marathon :)

We stayed at the Seaport for a week because my husband ran the marathon and we had a fantastic time. The staff are superb, they did everything in their power to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. With regards to the marathon, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus into Boston so runners can catch their buses out to Hopkinton from Boston Common. A take away breakfast was available to pre-order for runners on race day. The night before there was a pasta buffet, which we both really enjoyed. There was even cardboard and pens left in the business suite so you could make signs to support your runner, which was a nice touch. Our room on the 12th floor was comfortable, quiet and kept very clean. Great job done by housekeeping! My only real issues with the room were insufficient storage space for a week long stay and a wobbly ironing board that had seen better days. I know other reviewers seem to love the in room Keurig but as a Brit not being able to make a proper cup of tea for a week is tantamount to a hate crime. We grabbed lots of coffees from the seaport cafe and had breakfast once in Aura. That was good but at 75 dollars it is on the pricey side. The pasta party was excellent. On the night of the marathon we ordered some pizzas from the hotel restaurant and collected them. There is no room service currently!? Location wise the hotel is fantastic. 2 minutes walk from the hotel is the world trade centre stop so getting to and from the airport on the silver line is easy. Jumping on the silver line up to south station makes getting around very easy. Lots of lovely restaurants, cafes etc near the hotel. I'd stay at the Seaport again in a heartbeat.
